The dynamic aspect of the game, and its original way of declaring wins, attracts a younger clientele thank traditional bingo and therefore appeals to a wider range of customers. Welcoming halls, an exciting ambiance, as well as bar and light meal service are all features that enhance customer experience and meet expectations. The numbers say it all; a recent survey of Kinzo fans reported a 97% rate of satisfaction with regard to the overall Kinzo experience, while 44% of respondents said they were 'very satisfied'.
The Société des bingos du Québec (SBQ) is a Loto-Québec subsidiary dedicated to marketing network bingo products and the Kinzo game with a view to supporting non- profit organizations (NPOs) that hold a bingo licence in Québec. Since the start of its operations, the SBQ has turned over more than $130 million to about 1,000 organizations whose main source of financing is bingo.
