Bally Technologies is bringing Betty Boop back to the gaming floor. Now 12 years since her first appearance at Harrah's Las Vegas in Betty Boop's Big Hit in 1999, Bally is re-introducing the iconic animated icon with Betty Boop's Love Meter.

“We are very excited to bring Betty Boop back on our new ALPHA 2™ platform,” said Dan Savage, Bally Technologies’ Vice President of Marketing. “What makes this Betty Boop even sexier than her predecessor is features like the How Hot Are You? bonus event. When players hit this ladder-style progressive feature, they get to put their hands on the iDeck™ touch-screen video button deck to get their ‘love temperature’ taken for the chance to win the top $1,000,000  award, two lower-level jackpots, or one of four free-game events. It’s sure to be a  hit with players.”

Savage added Betty Boop’s Love Meter is showing very strong performance as a wide-area progressive (WAP) game in Bally’s first pre-launch installation on the Las Vegas Strip, explaining, “In the first week, Betty Boop has outperformed all of our other WAP products. This is very exciting, and we hope indicative to how the game will perform nationwide.”

Betty will be housed in a Pro Series™ V22/22 Upright cabinet featuring a nearly eight foot tall digital ladder Love Meter top box designed to attract players. Betty Boop’s Love Meter also has a linked wide-area progressive jackpot through Bally’s Millionaire Sevens™ link, with a top WAP jackpot starting at $1,000,000 and a near-area progressive jackpot starting at $10,000.

Betty Boop’s Love Meter will start going into casinos nationwide this month, with approvals for the wide-area progressive version in GLI jurisdictions and Nevada and approvals in other jurisdictions coming soon.
