Atlantic Lottery Appoints New Interim President & CEO
February 10, 2021
The Atlantic Lottery has appointed Patrick Daigle as its interim President and CEO, replacing the resigning Chris Keevill.
Daigle began his career at the Atlantic Lottery in 1997 and recently served as its Chief Financial Officer. His senior leadership experience includes finance, supply-chain management, legal services, risk management, board governance and information security.
Daigle said: "I am looking forward to the opportunity to lead the Atlantic Lottery team as we continue to deliver on an outstanding player experience while remaining firmly committed to operating in a socially responsible manner."
Sean O’Connor, Chair of the lottery’s Board of Directors, said Daigle’s near-quarter century of senior leadership experience will be a valued asset to the lottery during its transitional period. "Patrick is a well-respected and accomplished executive leader at Atlantic Lottery, and we appreciate him stepping into this role," he noted.
O’Connor also thanked Keevill for his work as leader, saying: "The Board of Directors would like to take this opportunity to thank Chris for his contributions to Atlantic Lottery over the past several months."
Atlantic Lottery’s Board of Directors will begin an executive search process for a permanent CEO in the next few months.
Earlier this year, the lottery announced it had achieved record-breaking digital sales during the COVID-19 pandemic. It also launched IWG’s progressive jackpot enabled e-instant games.
